Terms of Service

Please ensure you read the following Terms in full:

These Terms are applicable to the “Quintuple Stimulus Voucher Pre-order & Inquiry Platform” (hereafter referred to as “this platform”) produced and maintained by Trade-Van Information Services as commissioned by the Small and Medium Enterprise Administration of the Ministry of Economic Affairs.

The purpose of these Terms is to protect this platform and your interests. Once you pre-order, it means you have read and agreed to the Terms.

1. Users

If you want to operate on this platform, you must first choose the following methods to log in to the system during the pre-ordering process:

  1. NHI Card Verification
  2. Citizen Digital Certificate
  3. NHI Mobile APP、NHI Card One-time PIN

2. Personal Information Security

  1. This platform will comply with relevant laws and regulations in handling your personal data. For personal data protection and privacy policy, please refer to the privacy notice of this platform.
  2. In order to complete the transaction, you must guarantee that the information saved during the pre-ordering process is complete, correct and consistent. If you need to modify afterwards, please notify the platform immediately.

3. Online Pre-order

  1. In principle, the operations you perform on this platform are for the services provided by this platform.
  2. Once you complete the pre-ordering process on this platform in accordance with the methods, conditions and procedures specified on the webpage, it means that you are willing to use the relevant services in accordance with the terms of service and the content, conditions or restrictions stated on the relevant webpage. If you want to modify the information you saved (for example: address, phone number), you should immediately notify the platform to assist in the relevant processing. Information inconsistency cannot be used as an excuse to deny that you have pre-ordered.
  3. If you are eligible for pre-ordering Quintuple Stimulus Vouchers after you have completed the online pre-ordering process, you must go to the designated place to pick up the vouchers within the specified period. You will not be eligible to pick up the vouchers at the designated place after specified period has ended.

4. About Returns

In accordance with Article 5 of the Regulations Governing Issuance of Quintuple Stimulus Vouchers in Response to Severe Pneumonia with Novel Pathogens, this service does not accept returns. (The deadline for collection is subject to the Regulations Governing Issuance of Quintuple Stimulus Vouchers)

5. About Group Linking

If your relatives and/or friends in accordance with regulations or with their consent transfer their Quintuple Stimulus Vouchers to your digital account on this platform for you to use on their behalf, please make sure that they have agreed and authorized you to use their NHI card or the One-Time PIN of the NHI Mobile APP. If you arbitrarily use another person's NHI card or the One-Time PIN of the NHI Mobile APP without their consent and authorization, or engage in any illegal activity involving voucher fraud, alteration, etc., you will bear legal responsibility (criminal and/or civil).

6. About Extra-bonus Vouchers

In addition to Quintuple Stimulus Vouchers pre-ordering and registration on this platform, if you wish to participate in the extra-bonus vouchers activities offered by the various ministries, you must fully understand the activity methods, restrictions, and related information and follow the rules for registering, etc. Please refer to this platform's privacy notice for details on related rights and obligations.
